Hahn Air creates partner support portal Today's News

Hahn Air recently introduced a new online tool called the ‘H1 Carrier Portal’, which allows airline partners to keep track of all H1-Air reservations and, in doing so, improves the customer service they can offer. 

The H1 code is available to carriers who don’t have a GDS presence, to be distributed under the Hahn Air H1 code and to be issued on the insolvency-safe Hahn Air HR-169 ticket. Agents then used this tool to find flights not commonly available on the GDS.

The H1 Carrier Portal will now allow any one of the 67 airlines partnered with Hahn Air to view all the bookings generated via an H1 code, enabling access to all the information associated with the ticket, including the respective carrier, the GDS PNR, origin and destination. 

“By having easy access to all details related to a booking, the operating carrier can inform passengers in advance in case of delays or cancellations and proactively re-organise their itinerary,” says Alexander Proschka, head of Hahn Air Systems, sister company of Hahn Air.

“At the same time, our tool helps our partners’ check-in staff to identify H1-Air passengers and to confirm the validity of their tickets,” adds Alexander.
