HM speeds up passenger processing Today's News

Air Seychelles is speeding up passenger processing at Seychelles International Airport by introducing SITA’s common-use passenger processing systems (CUPPS).

The airline provides ground-handling services to other airlines operating from the airport and is upgrading its technology to ensure a smoother travel experience for passengers. The upgrade is being done in partnership with the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority and SITA, a global technology provider to the air transport industry.

CUPPS will give greater flexibility to airlines that use the airport by letting them share common-use terminal equipment for check-in and boarding. This will optimise the use of terminal facilities, speed up the flow of passengers and improve service levels for all international travellers.
