It has been reported that Myeni has been replaced with JB Magwaza by Cabinet, reports ENCA while the new Deputy Chair is Nora Fakude-Nkuna.

These changes come ahead of the final details of a plan to recapitalise the airline, which are expected to be announced shortly says the Mail & Guardian.

Phumla Williams, government spokesperson mentioned that any information pertaining to Cabinet decisions shall be announced at a post Cabinet briefing on October 19, at 13h00.
