FlySafair has released a new family of fares into the GDS, which now gives the trade access to lower price points.

From June 14, agents accessing FlySafair inventory through Galileo and Amadeus will be able to book to FlySafair fares from as little as R699, excluding a R60 YQ tax distribution fee. The six new fares (E, A, I, R, F and C) will have slightly less flexibility than the higher published fares in that they exclude the two penalty free changes. However, they will still include a 23kg checked luggage allowance.
“There’s no doubt that corporates are tightening their belts and our consultation with the trade revealed the need for a lower fare, albeit more restrictive in nature,” says Kirby Gordon, head of sales and distribution at FlySafair.
FlySafair stock is ticketed on Hahn Air’s HR-169 paper.
