AccorHotels has entered into a partnership with property developer, TomHawksworth Limited, with the signing of Pullman and MGallery Ikoyi in Nigeria, due to open in late 2020.

The 100-room MGallery and 204-room Pullman are both in the neighbourhood of Ikoyi, close to the business area of Victoria Island.

Following the signing, Oliver Granet, ceo of AccorHotels Middle East and Africa, commented: “Since opening our very first hotel in Nigeria almost 20 years ago, we believed in the long-term potential of the destination, having witnessed its incredible growth as one of the largest economies in Africa. As the market continues to evolve, there is a need for international brands and it is our commitment to fill this gap with two of our leading upper upscale brands – MGallery and Pullman.”

MGallery Ikoyi will feature an all-day-dining restaurant, fine-dining restaurant, lobby bar, gym, swimming pool and spa. It will also offer a members’-only club. Pullman Ikoyi will include an all-day-dining restaurant, pool bar, fine-dining restaurant, lobby bar, spa, gym, pool as well as meeting and event facilities, which will become available following the completion of the second phase of development.
