Cape Town’s Radisson Blu to refurbish and upgrade restaurant Today's News

Tobago’s Restaurant and Terrace at the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront, in Granger Bay, Cape Town, will undergo a complete refurbishment and upgrade.

Work will commence in May and is expected to be completed by September, in time for the new season.

The restaurant is known for its South African-themed cuisine, with ingredients being seasonal and locally sourced.

Guests will continue to enjoy the same culinary experience during the refurb, as Chef Norman Heath and his team will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Harbour View venue, which offers access to an exclusive boardwalk and views out over the private marina. 

The hotel will also upgrade the standard room bathrooms during this period. 

General manager, Debra Sivertsen says: “We are committed to offering a world-class experience through continual improvement of our property. And this is especially true with our restaurant and bar offerings. Tobago's is a firm favorite with guests, not least because of its food offerings, but also for its oceanside positioning on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, offering the perfect location for sunsets and sundowners whilst enjoying the passing yachts and playful dolphins.”
